Antonina Caruso is Vice President of Business Development at JRM and a member of the firm’s leadership team. She leads the company’s sales and business development organization across New York, New Jersey, Florida, and California, driving strategic growth initiatives while helping shape JRM’s long-term vision and market strategy. 

With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, Antonina has built a reputation for developing trusted client relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and leading high-performing teams that consistently deliver results. She oversees business development strategy across all of JRM’s offices, ensuring a unified, collaborative approach to client engagement, market expansion, and revenue growth. 

As a member of JRM’s leadership team, Antonina collaborates with fellow executives to help drive the firm’s continued growth and expansion into new markets while supporting the company’s long-term strategic vision. She partners across the organization to establish company-wide growth objectives, evaluate emerging opportunities, and align business development, marketing, and operations to support JRM’s continued success. She also leads and mentors the firm’s sales and business development professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across every region. 

Antonina plays a key role in cultivating executive-level relationships with clients, developers, architects, brokers, consultants, and industry partners while leading many of JRM’s most strategic pursuits. She remains actively engaged from the earliest stages of business development through project execution, helping ensure clients experience the collaborative, hands-on partnership that defines JRM.
